Financial Projection Studio

A web app for monthly financial projections next to embedded BI panels. I built the first version and later moved its data to embedded Metabase.

01 /context

A client's finance team modeled monthly projections in spreadsheets and wanted them in an app, next to their BI dashboards.

02 /my role

Built v1 (layout, login, projections) and later migrated the data to embedded Metabase panels, with CSP and token fixes. Inline editing and the tax/fee calculation were added by another developer.

03 /problem

The embedded panels were slow and broke behind the identity provider's content security policy.
